This fella was cruising on his asteroid monastery when the call came in that the galactic bout would be held on Earth that year. He packed his bags and left, but has arrived too early for the tournament. With a year of wait on his hands, Kagi now finds himself a tourist on a planet previously unconnected to the Galactic Bout Federation. Start of a contemporary/sci fi goofy fighting world.
